Special Events

We bring our great food and barbecue to thousands of people, serving the general public at fairs, festivals, parades, grand openings, car and equipment shows, truck and tractor pulls and much more. We provide our tent or trailer set-up, crew and equipment. Below is an example of a typical menu at an event, however the menu can be altered or customized.
