Although we are known for our great barbecue, you could call our style of cooking down-home or “good ole” wholesome country cookin’. Our culinary school classrooms were the kitchens of grandmas, mothers and aunts watching and helping while supper was being prepared and long hours tending to slow cooked meats with cousins and uncles around the pit. A gathering of friends, family or customers along with Southern hospitality and a home-cooked meal will make it a memorable experience. Whether it’s a semi-formal party or a backyard cookout, we provide the menu, staff and services to meet your needs. Give us a call and we can help you plan your next event.
